DGB convenes its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

DGB GROUP N.V. (Euronext: DGB, “DGB”) invites its shareholders to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”), to be held virtually on Wednesday 15 September 2021 at 2:00 pm (CET).
